This particular location of LA Fitness has a disastrous management. The front desk guy Mo is pathetic. He has no sense of professionalism and is often rude to the clients. I have had really bad experience with the management quite a few times. They would unnecessarily bother people for pity reasons. The uncleanliness of the gym is another issue. The cleaning staff is often sitting on the front desk and they often behave as the managers. The bathrooms are mostly unclean and out of service. Machinery also needs update. Most of the machines are out of order mostly and stay out of order for days and weeks. Dumbells are never there on the place. And to talk of the dumbells you would never find some dumbells. The management has repeatedly been informed about it but they pay no attention. I am really disappointed with my experience at this particular gym. I would not recommend any of my friends to join at this location. Worst place to workout ever. The gym authorities really need to rethink about the management. They definitely need replacements. Zero star is not an option otherwise I would have rated them zero star.

AVOID👎👎👎👎👎👎👎This gym has the most disgusting hygiene conditions I have ever experienced badly maintained machines, unbearable smell in the changing rooms, and absolutely no cleaning done at all. The guy with a long hair, I think his name is “Mo”, is totally unprofessional especially when you complain any of the mentioned above, behaves like he is the king of the place, and even pretends/claimed to be the higher management (avoid dealing with this guy). The real owner is only replying to the good reviews and is not taking notice of the complaints. This site is in dire need of the head office's intervention to keep LA fitness brand as we used to know it . avoid this gym location!!!! Zeroooostar 👎👎👎👎👎

I had a great experience at LA Fitness. The gym is well-equipped and clean, but what stood out the most was the excellent service from Mr. Mo. He was professional, friendly, and very helpful in making sure I had everything I needed. His positive attitude made my visit even better. Highly recommend! Absolutely love working out at LA Fitness Fletchers! The gym has a great atmosphere — it’s spacious, never too crowded, and has all the equipment you could ask for. The group classes are awesome and really keep me motivated. The trainers and front desk staff are always welcoming and professional. I’ve also noticed how clean and organized everything is, which really makes a difference. It’s been a great addition to my fitness routine — definitely a 5-star experience!
