Christopher FordhamVisited the parts department as we wanted a part for one of our works minis. The abrupt chap on the parts desk told me I can’t buy a fuel filter, it must be the whole tank (??). After I insisted that he was wrong he finally agreed to take a look in the system. He quickly found that funnily enough, you can buy a fuel filter separately. There was no stock as I expected but he didn’t offer to order it in or any sort of timescale so we gave up. Shame as we run a fleet of four minis that we would look to upgrade in the future, but not with that service.
