I joined the company after passing the interview and completed an 8-day training, which was almost entirely theoretical. There was no practical training, no proper mock calls, and no guidance on how to engage or grab clients. At the end of training, the trainer took only one mock call to decide whether a trainee passes or not, which is not sufficient. Once on the actual seat, it became clear that the training was not useful for real work. The trainer’s attitude was unprofessional at times. The training could have been completed in much less time with proper practical sessions, but this was not done. After training, I was transferred to TransGlobal 2, where the office environment was very stressful. The space was extremely small, with two departments in one room, one bathroom for around 18–19 people, and smoking allowed inside the office, creating an unhealthy workplace. After completing training, I was called for a short interview in the CEO’s office. The room was filled with heavy cigarette smoke, to the point that it physically affected my throat. This was highly unprofessional and concerning from a health and workplace safety perspective. I was initially told I had 15 days to make one sale, but after completing those 15 days, HR changed the requirement to two sales without prior notice. This lack of consistency makes the company unreliable.
