Excellent group of people and orientation was amazing and so grateful to have met the driver instructor. Great guy his name is Shy and he is the best driver instructor I have had and Johnny, Daren and Rob. Excellent people and I would encourage any new or actively looking driver to take up there amazing “great paying” company or IC program. Also, Tammy at IC* Settlements is such a great person and she has helped me get money back onto my EFS card and she is just the best five stars.

My name is Anna, I'm writing to notify you about an incident that occurred yesterday, 05/16/2024, at approximately 1810hrs. Your driver, i have attached a photo of the truck with a truck number, had come into my place of work and assaulted me in a way that was totally unacceptable. He had come into my place of business while the restaurant was full of customers and set down to order something to eat. I had given him a menu and went to get his drink meanwhile, he was deciding on what to order. I had come back after a few minutes to take his order and he replied rudely "give me a minute DON'T PRESSURE ME" in an elevated voice. I saw something was off and gave him more time. I came back after another few minutes and again he replied "GIVE ME A MINUTE DON'T PRESSURE ME" WHY ARE YOU PRESSURING ME" screamed at me. I took the drinks from in front of him and i asked him to leave my restaurant. I focused on other customers and walked away. He became irate! Started to yell and call me names, he then preceded to get up from the table and knocked over a vase that was a decorative item on the table as well as salt and pepper containers, as he walked by me he knocked the food-prepared for another customer off of the bar ledge and hit my arm as he walked by, i was in shock that people can be like that. He assaulted me. I called the police and reported the assault. I'm not sure what kind of drivers you employ here but this behavior is totally unacceptable!!!! He's not welcome in my restaurant ever again!

This is an excellent trucking company! The drivers are professional, friendly, and very dependable. They always deliver on time and handle everything with care. Communication is clear and consistent, and the whole team works hard to make sure everything goes smoothly. I went to this Company two weeks ago 08.11.2025 to 08.14.2025. I put a review here before with a four star and ending up changed my mind. Just realized that it can be better.. Everything I said about their orientation is fair though. It was normal and almost similar to all my experiences to other companies I went to. Most of them provides hotels and two meals and 3 days with pay . But what these guys sucks about is if you miss the shuttle to the orientation ,you will catch your own ride to their facility, and It was 17 of us and They have a big shuttle that can fits all of us but they decide to use a small van that end up leaves one or two person behind for another trip. Another thing is if you fail the the driving range automatically go home with your own money so be prepared if you come from far. I was surprised when two of us failed the range course by hitting or barely touching the cones twice and got disqualified. That day we got in the van and watch those two walking off the facility may be trying to figure their ride home which I know one of them came from TN.. smh.. So anyways everything went well to me , I passed the range course and complete the orientation and everything. Getting prepared for my first dispatch the same day the orientation done, which is a good thing to me, my opinion is they dispatched fast only maybe because those abandoned trucks needs to get back to their yard . Idk may be so.. anyways I was heading outside waiting for my lyft to the airport . My flight already booked and everything..untillllll they called me back to the office to questioned me about an unpaid fine in TX that I told my DM about minutes before I was about to leave . So I went in there and we talked about it and he told me he will see what he can do to help me but he needs to see the proofs of the fine, I told him I dont have it with me , so he send me to the hotel to stay another night and send it in the morning, I did as he says . The next morning , first thing I did is sending the paper expecting good news. But they end up letting me go . I was disappointed because I wasn’t expecting that and I was totally broked and I gotta find my own way back home which is not cheap but I wont talked about how I got back home though.. My point is this is not my first time in orientations and the way they dealing with the drivers is way different than my experiences in other Companies I had been with. It just the fsct that every Company have their own way of doing things but still not fair.. I’m saying all this because the same ticket they disqualified me for is got paid for jus today by another trucking company, and yes instead of left me stranded or sending me home they decide to works with me and helping me out and give me a truck..so yea this is my experience with this Company. And Drivers ! Just always be prepared..

TransAm Trucking is a trucking company.
