Transcold turn around and did me wrong. I work at TCD in Kent for almost 4 years. And the new Manager name Toby or whatever his name is. He is the worst racist manager I ever know. I work hard at TCD nobody last there people comes and go.i was the only one that show up everyday and do my job. What I see at TCD now in Kent is falling apart because the way that new manager changes things is not building up it’s falling into pieces. He want me out of TCD because his racist. He was harassing me doing my break. I went home came back the next day and he force me to sign the paper because I quit on 02/24/25. That is a lie I never say I (QUIT) i call HR Debbie to talk to her I left her vm and she never returned my calls. I feel like her and Toby planned to get rid of me. But that’s okay no matter how many people TCD in kent hire NOBODY will last there. I believe in karma. It will go back to the people that did me dirty at TCD in kent,10x worst. I wasn’t gonna write this but since HR can’t do her job and non of TCD knows about this. So I’m writing to let the OWNER and everyone’s know what happened. I know they telling lies that I quit which I swear I never said that. I’m not a quitter i never quit on the job in my life. So hopefully TCD fix it because what I see TCD in kent is losing alot of good hardworking people. I work my butt off everyday at TCD. When people don’t show up I work extra hard.i hurt my body everyday picking massive orders. And the managements don’t give a damn about the people that works in the freezer. It hurt me because they get rid of me right away not even a damn chance. He went straight and get rid of me. He only works there for couple months not even a year so that guy Toby don’t know me, so I lost respect for him,for what he did to me was totally wrong.

If you want quick, efficient, and great customer service, I would recommend going to B&B Ice cream in Seattle. However, TransCold is not a place for that if you like to order in person. The lady inside messed up my order today and was not helpful to clear up some heavy confusion I had when we were making the order. I ended up going home with less than what I wrote down for my order. I’m a bit unhappy with this experience. On a side note, the warehouse crew does a good job and they seem to have better customer service skills and make you feel a little more welcome to be there. B&B ice cream in Seattle has always been excellent with in person ordering, I highly recommend them.

Parking near street is limited, they open the dock at around 5 30 am where you can check in, it's first come first serve. So arrive early, the earlier the better. They only have one dock open for unloading. Fast unloading.
