I signed up for Transformation Mentorship as I have experienced first hand how the program can help someone. It helped me, my wife and daughter figure out issues we all had within our bodies. I wanted to learn this information so I can help people to get unstuck and live their best life. The information is informative and teaches you to analyze why a persons body is reacting the way it is. You learn to look at many different variables that affect us like hormones, neurotransmitters, digestion, mood, stress and sleep. Each person's body is unique and you learn how to create a plan to fit their individual needs and heal their issues and then continue to analyze and tweak as they progress. The classes are interactive and I like how one module is released each week instead of just dropping it all on you at the start. This encourages you to spend the week watching, reading and really diving in to learn the current lesson instead of jumping ahead. I like the fact that just taking the course doesn't get you certified. Actual case studies are required where you put your knowledge into action to show you understand and can get real results with real people. I appreciate that Ken and Bharat continue to evolve and introduce new ideas, processes and supplements as they continue to search and gain new knowledge. There is also a social media component that teaches you how to get your message out there effectively. I recommend anyone in the health and fitness field to add this to their toolbox!
