We have had great experiences with Trans-Medics. They go above and beyond for their customers and make sure you understand the work they are doing. We went to them for a full transmission replacement/rebuild in July 2025. They did quality work and were $4500 cheaper than Royalty Auto, who first quoted us. Not exaggerating. As of this review (October 2025) the transmission isn’t causing us any trouble. And if it does, the one year/unlimited warranty they provide will kick in. Big shout out to Jon, Rasheed, and Kirk. Great job!

These are good and honest people. Thank you Jon and Rasheed for the following experience. My car was leaking coolant so I took it into Trans-Medics. They were able to provide me a quote, which seemed reasonable, only a few hours later. After two days total, my car was ready for pickup. My total was approximately $300 CHEAPER than the quote. They advised me that when they got deeper into my engine, they realized the part that actually needed replaced was cheaper than the part they thought needed replaced. Instead of charging me the more expensive quote, they were honest and revised the price in my favor. I would have never known the difference and I think they knew that.

Service was great! Really nice people. I went in & told them what was going on with my car when a diagnostic alert popped up. They told me what the problem was, offered to fix the issue, & sent me on my way. Highly recommend going to these great guys when you need to.

Excellent service. I broke down on the side of the road. As soon as i called Jon the owner(on a weekend) he came to help me to pull the car to his shop. (I had a trailer and he managed to pull the trailer first and then my Chevy suburban). He fixed the transmission in less than one day and prices were very very reasonable. Highly recommended.
