I was very skeptical about taking a load from Inland Transport because of the huge numbers of negative reviews. However, my conversation with the broker, Stefan Williams gave me the motivation to work with them. This is in addition to the the fact that I was desperate to leave NM having been a stuck there for the weekend. I shared my concerns with him with respect to the negative reviews I had read on their profile and told him my expectations would be that we get paid as soon as we fulfilled our own part of the business. He addressed the issue professionally and assured me payment would be remitted. I also remember him saying that the negative reviews did not truly reflect their operations. He kept it professional and was up to speed with his responses. I am pleased that they kept their part of the bargain and even though there was a bit of mi's communication with the account department, I appreciate the support, assistance and his prompt intervention which ensured that we got paid after about a week. Based on this singular experience, I would be more than pleased to keep our business relationship with them.

Inland left a false watch dog report, saying I double broker in response to my complaints. Never double brokered, never had broker authority, their false watch dog report is hurting my business. Inland was the lowest bidder on a govt equipment transport gig. So low that they decided to get external brokers to find truckers for them to transport their stuff. Then in turn they didn't honor the rates that truckers got from those brokers they picked, nor did they do their due diligence and they got a bunch of fraudsters. When I called, I reached some young fresh out of college eager for money through some put down personnel. Zero sympathy for screwing this up but to post a lying watch dog report when you kept money for a load I hauled well this is just slander. Half a year after, I managed to take their false report off with two watch dogs, TIA and RMIS. People at TIA were just astounded about how Inland posted something about me without having any history of doing business with each other. Mind you never dealt with Inland, never hauled for them, and been in business for 6 years. Yet, the only piece of evidence out there is a bol with their name on it and I have it and they don’t want to pay for it.
