We met via Zoom several times to share our ideas, and Niki worked with incredible patience and creativity—crafting and re-crafting the itinerary with our feedback. Nikki was very knowledgeable and helped us book our Italian honeymoon! We were especially happy with the excursions that she selected (cooking class, guided hike, Capri boat tour). While we were on our trip, Nikki was very responsive and it gave us a peace of mind to know that she could assist us if anything went awry although our full 2 week trip went smoothly! We met initially to discuss what we were looking for and where we wanted to go and she started the planning process. Throughout the planning, she kept us updated via emails. She was always responsive and easy to reach. Before we left, we had a complete itinerary including transportation vouchers so we had everything we needed in one place on our phone. We did run into a flight delay when we were leaving and Nikki was so responsive and helped adjust our plans while we were stuck at the airport.
