I've been using Kris at Travel VIP for the past 3 years now when my family travels. This year we found a deal we thought was fair at a newer resort in Jamaica. After talking to him over the phone he explained he's had nothing but problems when people book with them over for various reasons. He recommended the Royalton White Sands, a resort he has stayed at recently that is in the same area we wanted , with friendlier staff, great food and a beautiful beach that we could get lounger chairs at 10am. Its always good yo use an agent for the best insight and we will always use Travel VIP.

My wife and I were uncertain about booking at an all inclusive, we had never stayed at one before because we like to be out with the locals when we vacation and were afraid of being stuck on a resort island. Melissa recommend us staying at her personal favorite the Royal Decameron in Bucerías and it was the perfect fit. Being so close to town we were able to walk in to town whenever we liked all while still having the all inclusive amenities, the best of both worlds. Melissa gave us many great recommendations for places to eat and activities to do and she checked in frequently to make sure everything was going well with the trip. We will definitely be booking with her again for our next trip to Mexico.
