Kelly was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING at helping my husband and I plan our destination wedding. We had no idea where to start, what we wanted included or even where we wanted to go. She answered all our questions so quickly, helped walk us through the entire process, and made sure we mad an amazing choice. We just had our wedding and she followed up the whole time and made sure everything was perfect for us. Kelly helped all my guests with booking their rooms, set up their shuttle transfers, helped book flights (if needed) and just walked the process with everyone. She sent reminders about what travel documents were needed and follow ups on getting passports (a lot of our family were first time travelers out of the country, so the follow ups were greatly appreciated) I can’t say enough wonderful things. My whole family plans to use her in the future and we will never use anyone else! Thank you Kelly for all your help to make our trip so memorable.

Kelly helped us plan a trip to Mexico for my husband's 40th birthday party. We ended up with a group of 21 friends and I could not have organized a trip for such a large group without Kelly's help. Kelly made the process SO easy from start to finish. She provided us with 3 beautiful resort options and was very responsive when I asked her for her opinions. We ended up having the absolute best time at Valentin Imperial Maya in Cancun! It was the perfect resort for our group and thanks to Kelly we did not have any travel hiccups on our way there or on our way back. It was so nice to have all of the details taken care of for us and I will likely never plan a trip without Kelly again! Thank you again, Kelly!!

Before connecting with Kelly, I actually called a different agent who was recommended by a friend. After explaining to that agent that we were overwhelmed by the choices and hadn’t traveled out of the country in more than 10 years, that agent overwhelmed us with impossible amounts of details, options, and information that we didn’t need to think about until after we decided. After being talked at by that agent for 30 minutes, we were promised a detailed follow up that never came. So, I called Kelly and it was a completely different and awesome experience! We came to her with very little idea of what we wanted or where we wanted to go. After a few easy phone calls and basic questions, she quickly came back with a short list of recommendations and things to consider. Each of them looked wonderful and well suited for us. We couldn’t go wrong. We chose Excellence Oyster Bay in Jamaica and it was perfect! Great atmosphere, food, service, direct flight, short trip from the airport. She booked and arranged everything for us and followed up to make sure we had everything we needed. The trip went off without a hitch and it was all thanks to Kelly’s planning and guidance.
