Our Religious guide Abdul Muktader is a wonderful sheik. He is very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and blessed throughout the Manask. He made our Umrah unforgettable as we can’t wait to book again. ISA we shall book in December 2026 but this time we shall be going to Umrah from Cairo, Egypt. Overall our rating is 10 stars. These two individuals are a valuable assets to Darrel Salam

If you are a physically challenged person, or traveling with someone that is, please think twice about booking with this agency. They have no experience with this and do not know how to accommodate such people. We got our airline tickets a week before our departure even after booking with Dar El Salaam months in advance, so we didn’t have time to arrange appropriate seating and needed accommodation for a physically challenged person in the airplane (airplane logistics is up to you). They also didn’t know what they were doing for ground transportation either. They expected a physically challenged person to get on a bus with 5-6 flights of stairs. Honestly, if you really have to go with them, talk about your needs a head of time and MAKE SURE you have contact person and name for ALL services offered just in case. Do not blindly pay if anything seems confusing to you. You have every right to confirm your understanding.

Dar El Salam did a great efforts during the reservation. After that, no one you can reach out to follow up with the Ticket seats upgrades, special accomodations wheelchair for my wife, specialty after I called the Airline carrier and they said contact your agency, we don't have anything about your tickets. I called the office in NY twice, I sent email, but no response. The group chat is closed also. Thanks Jim Adam
