I worked with Tracey of TRAY'ELLE initially for the purchase of clip-in hair extensions, which ultimately tied into her looking after my bridal hairstyle for my wedding on October 8, 2022. Our initial meeting was for my hair extension consultation, and right away Tracey had a great energy, friendly demeanor and had extensive knowledge about her hair extensions. She was able to help me find a colour match quickly and when discussing my overall goals for their use (i.e. as a braided bridal hairstyle) she offered awesome advice as to the length and volume that would be ideal. Purchase experience was smooth and easy! At my bridal trial appointment Tracey was a wonderful facilitator in bringing my vision to life! Again, her energy was so positive and contagious, she really put me at ease and made the appointment a fun journey together. Fast forward to the morning of my wedding, and I was over the moon thrilled with the style Tracey did for me! In addition to her beautiful work, she had such a great way of keeping my anxiety at bay (which was definitely at an all time high that morning). It was like I carried it with me all day. She also did some amazing work with my bridesmaids and mother (one low braided bun and two curled, flowing looks) and all styles stayed in place for the duration of the day through windy conditions and hours of dancing! I would also like to send a shoutout to the team I was dealing with at TRAY'ELLE over the last almost 1.5 years since first booking! Communication was quick and open and I always felt listened to, taken care of and valued! Highly recommend!

Tracey did an amazing job with my extensions, I have fairly short hair and she was able to blend them beautifully to give me the length I wanted. She goes out of her way to make sure you are happy with the result and is just overall such a nice person. Love the new hair, Thanks Tray!!!
