As a longtime yogi, its very exciting to finally have a yoga studio in Bancroft! They offer an incredible variety of classes throughout the week - different temperatures, difficulty, practices, etc. The staff and instructors are very knowledgeable and friendly. The studio is exceptionally beautiful. You can tell the owners put a lot of attention and love into every detail to create such a welcoming and peaceful space.

I was very excited to learn that a yoga studio was opened in town. I wasn’t sure what to expect but my first impression walking into the studio was WOW. I was impressed with the thought put into every single detail. The studio earth floor was very well thought out- you will have to ask about the materials used as everything is so purposefully planned. I have had multiple classes with Kimia (Restorative Yin. Hot Yoga, Deep Stretching, HITT Pilates, Power Flow) and she exhibits a high degree of dedication to her practice, empathy, kindness, support to all those in class. Modifications are always provided so the classes are accessible to all skill levels and abilities. I felt so comfortable in the studio it was as though I had been a member for some time and not my first class. I love the sense of community and the time Kimia takes at the end of class to deepen individual practises or answer questions- I never feel rushed. I look forward to meeting the other instructors I.
