Terrible Experience – Highly Unsafe and Unhygienic ❌❌❌ I had an extremely disappointing and unpleasant stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly rude and unprofessional throughout our visit. Shockingly, some of them appeared to be intoxicated while on duty, which is absolutely unacceptable. They charged us extra for almost everything, with unnecessary fines and hidden fees that were never mentioned upfront. Our room was in a filthy condition — it had cockroaches, and despite multiple complaints, the staff responded with arrogance and even misbehaved with us. There was no room service provided even once during our entire stay. When we requested drinking water, we were told to fetch it ourselves. This level of negligence and disrespect is alarming. Overall, the environment felt unsafe, unsanitary, and extremely poorly managed. I strongly advise others not to stay here under any circumstances.

Hotel is okay but not very comfortable. The AC and heater are switched off from early morning which makes the stay inconvenient. Also, the room had many cockroaches, which was very disappointing.
