Trend Building Services remodeled our kitchen in the Spring of 2022 in Glen Ellyn, IL. My wife and I cannot say enough about their design ideas, professionalism, and execution of the job to completion. Mike Skulstad was the general contractor/contact from sale to project completion. Senad was our day to day contact and worked, on-site, virtually everyday, directing their tradesman and ensuring necessary products were available. This team worked everyday and completed the project in less than 30 days! It is important to emphasize there were not arbitrary delays and the effectiveness of planning the job was obvious: cabinets built; appliances available, flooring, electrical, plumbing, etc. before the project began. There was no downtime. We were provided a quote/budget and the pricing was in line with the proposal even though there were some construction and electrical “surprises” from the prior environ. Bottom-line, Trend did us right…under any circumstances a kitchen remodel is a disruptive and chaotic period. But, seeing progress each day and having steady communication around expected milestones toward completion reassured us. The Trend Team was polite, courteous and as unobtrusive as possible. I would not hesitate to hire them again and recommend Trend to anyone considering such a project. We have enjoyed sharing their handy work with friends and family. A few photos are provided. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Trend renovated our bathroom and part of our Master. Working with Paul and Mike was so easy, and made the whole process a breeze. Not only was their quote cheaper than others we received, but they also worked very fast and did exceptional work! They were very upfront about all costs and they went above and beyond in every way they could. I can't wait to use them again for other projects!

George and his team were wonderful from beginning to end. He worked with us within our budget, offering suggestions and tips where needed. In the end our kitchen is beautiful and most of all functional! I highly recommend Trend! I had a master bathroom updated and they did an outstanding job! This was a custom project so it was great to select the design and materials to my specifications and add on top of that the project was completed quickly! The range of services (painting, tile, carpentry, drywall to name a few) they provide is great as I could work with one company to get many things done.They were very respectful of my home by keeping the project clean on a daily basis. They delivered the project on time, on budget, and it looks awesome! They accommodated my requests and changes without a problem and communicated if there would be any additional costs or changes to the timeline. They are upfront and straightforward which is exactly what I needed.  I will definitely call them again!
