Tri City Garage Doors

Tri City was very knowledgeable on the phone and answered all my questions. An appointment was made for the following morning. A technician came out today and assessed my garage door issues and had everything completed in a timely manner. The technician was very polite and professional. I’d highly recommend using them.

First time I used Tri City and Wow Excellent Service I'm talking from the gentleman who scheduled my appointment to Mr.Tristan who came out to repair the garage door. He was professional and very polite and didn't try to sale me anything I didn't need. I liked the part they let you know they are on route to your home and a picture of whom to expect. Thank will definitely let others know whom to use and will use you myself again in future if needed.

Fast service. Called them on Tuesday, they came on Thursday. Professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. Keith and Tristan were amazing. It only took them an hour to replace my spring. Spoke with Collin on the phone twice. He was great to work with. Estimated the cost and was right on the money. That's pretty amazing. Keith also took a look at our shop and is putting together a FREE estimate. Couldn't ask for more. Great people to work with. Two weeks later they came back and installed an opener for our large shop door. The installer and his helper were friendly and had the entire thing done in just a few hours. Highly recommend them.
