We ordered 1,600 pounds of limestone flooring. The man called to schedule delivery & he was super kind. The delivery driver was Justin Cole & he worked so hard. He only had a hand jack to unload our pallet of flooring with. It was a bit wedged in the truck up against the side & he had to work hard to get it but he did. When I have another delivery I hope it will be Mr Cole to deliver, he was such a kind person. That man deserves a raise for as hard as he works, I thought it would be delivered with a small forklift or something. (I do not know this man’s wages)

Very classy of the driver of truck 80 in Jefferson City. Had our blinker on to get over, and they did too, but they sped up and didn't want to let us over. They then honked got back in the other lane, drove fast to get up next to us, and proceeded to flip us off multiple times.

I ordered very heavy speakers which were delivered on a pallet. This review is for Justin Cole going the extra mile to safely deliver my speakers. I advised I wasn't strong enough to handle these speakers. He went the extra mile for me and helped me place them in my entertainment room. He was punctual and communication was excellent. It would be nice if all freight orders were this easy. Thank you, Justin!
