I don’t even know where to start with but I start looking for a decent space for my personal training business for two years going from one Realtor to another with nothing. Then finally God sent an amazing and super professional Realtor my way ISAAC COHEN it was just a SMOOTH RIDE y’all. He collected all the information he needed from me and made the magic happen. His communication is TOP NOTCH, very Friendly and Kind. He will drive to meet me wherever I am to sign the paperwork as the process continued. Within just few weeks, Yeap few weeks, I got the keys and start bringing in equipments in my brand new studio 😁😁. I am three months in my business now( It’s doing Great for a first time business owner) and I thank this company ESPECIALLY ISAAC for making my dreams come true. God Bless you bossman…. With the numbers I am putting in so far, it won’t be a surprise if in the next few months, I call the one and Only ISAAC to get me a bigger place.🤝🏿🤝🏿🤝🏿 Grab that phone and call Isaac, you would have saved yourself all the stress for getting a commercial place.

Early for appointments to show property but very pushy once you express disinterest. Will continue harassing you on phone with texts/calls from different numbers if you tell them you don't want to rent a property. Otherwise, their agents will try to talk to landlady about improving lease contract for you but agents will quickly turn rude if you don't sign with them.

Working with Zack and Tri state realty was very professional and assuring. Zack was very accommodating and flexible with his and my time. Tri state Reality and Zack were very transparent with what they were looking for too close the deal on the space. In all, they help birth my first Art gallery in Brooklyn and we are looking to expand so we will be working with Tri state Reality and Zack very soon in the future. 👍🏾👍🏾Two thumbs up!!!!!

Tri State Commercial Realty - I called them to inquire about a property in Philadelphia. I transferred to a guy named Ken. Ken told me that the property I was looking at has been sold. I asked if they had other properties and he said yes but asked how much we want to spend. Generally, I know this is a bad move for me as the intended buyer or renter. Basically, I tell you my price and you determine if I'm worth your time (from experience). I told him it is not about the money but property fitting our needs. Ken said well go our website and look around. Then Ken hung up. This is very telling. I know their business is to make profit but their attitude to not getting their way shows they do not care about you at all. It is about the money. I was polite and respectful as any normal human should be. But for Ken, talking more than 1 minute without knowing what to gain from you was a hassle. one star is actually a lot. At least the lady that transferred to Ken was polite but I sense a terrible cutthroat company culture.
