Pathetic experience today. I have called their official number WhatsApp. A Lady received the call and I have asked her some information and wanted to place order. She has told me she will call me back. But she didn’t call me. Then I again called after a while then she told me, she is in lunch break to call me later. Then I have called her after 40 minutes. Then she just declined my call 2 times. I don’t know but if it’s a customer hot line that means if someone is on lunch break another person can entertain the customer, if they are in shortage of manpower then atleast they can show some courtesy and tell the customer that they will call after a certain amount of time. But I don’t know where in the world customer care can be this rude and irresponsible. It’s bad for your business. You may be in top of your business today, but if you continue to do so you will fail in your business and lose your customers in no timee. I would like to draw the kind attention of the owner, please look into the matter seriously. The lady who received the call is not professional. She is still on duty. I was going to order kitchen cabinets, wall mounted TV console, wall cabinets for my bedroom. You have disappointed me to my core. I would never recommend design age to anyone due to unprofessional behavior from their customer service provider. Please owners of designage it’s high time to teach your employees some professional courtesy. Thank you.
Pathetic experience today. My wife and I i went to finalize and order products for kitchen cabinet, TV room panel and book shelf. Unfortunately due to the indifferent attitude shown by one of the agents called Alam Mia we simply had to quit quitely. Design Age missed the opportunity to satisfy a client and get some good revenue. This is how companies fail. I believe Design Age authorities will take note of it.
