Tribeca is hands down my favorite boutique in the West Loop—maybe even all of Chicago! Jordan and Jill are always so warm, welcoming, and genuinely helpful every time I walk through the door. Whether I’m in a rush to find something stylish or just browsing, they always know exactly what will look great on me. When I’m feeling indecisive, they set me up in a dressing room and bring the best pieces to try—it’s like shopping with your most fashionable friends. I always feel completely comfortable and at home here. Plus, with their constantly updated inventory, I think half my closet is from Tribeca (and I’m not mad about it!). Can’t recommend this place enough!

Can’t say enough about the incredible customer service at Tribeca Boutique! The owners are so helpful — I let them know the occasion I’m shopping for, and they thoughtfully pull pieces for me to try. I’ve learned to trust their eye because they often pick things I might have overlooked, and they’re always right. I leave happy every time and have never regretted a single purchase. A true gem!

I went in today at around 12:00pm, and as soon as we walked in we were being monitored the whole time. This isn’t the first time we’ve come into the store, every time we come in this happens. But today I had enough! It made my husband so uncomfortable to see one of the employees go out of her way to see our very movement. We are Hispanics with tattoos so it felt like that was the reason for the monitoring. So disappointing and infuriating because I’ve bought from them many times and have spent hundreds here!
