Dr. Hong is a caring and skilled professional with an excellent staff. I always have a comfortable experience with cleanings and necessary procedures likes crowns and fillings; he makes sure that I am properly numbed before any invasive intervention. The office is clean and well located, nice decor and good jazz music too! I highly recommend this dentist.

Doctor Hong and all of the staff are fantastic. They really know what they are doing and they make sure you are comfortable while they are doing it. Very clean environment. I love Ms Maria at the front desk she will never let you miss a appointment. She will send you a text or email reminding you of your appointment or if you need to reschedule. They are the best cheerful dental crew.. keep up the good work!!!

Referred by a fellow nurse and friend; I’ve found Dr.Hong and his staff to be friendly, professional,skilled, and caring. The waiting and exam rooms are clean and thoughtfully decorated. Always good relaxing music playing and a comfortable experience. Office is in a great location. Dental hygienists are thorough and Dr. Hong is very precise and attentive to detail, as well as to my own comfort. I have a chronic condition that requires frequent monitoring through dental visits and City Life Dental has been taking good care of me.

Horrible practice, went in today for a new Invisalign scan because although I have my Vivera retainers, my teeth have shifted and was told to come in for a scan to see if I need to get new trays. After about 30 minutes with the dentist I am told their practice will be closing soon and they will actually not be able to do the scan today or do the treatment at all. When asked why I was asked to come in knowing this, the doctor proceeded to tell me his receptionist doesn’t know. Maria, the receptionist is the sweetest lady and to blame it on her is just wrong. This same dentist also suggested 5 years ago when I told him that my teeth are shifting even wearing retainers all the time that it may be because if I go out with friends and drink or party and have fun that I may forget to put them in. He really shocked me at the time and I didn’t say anything, but I did today when he pretty much suggested the same thing that I do not wear my retainers and forget. Why would I keep going back to get new ones if I was so careless. I told him to be more considerate and practice being professional before making assumptions. Safe to say he walked about without saying goodbye and left my retainers on the tray for me to pack them up myself. Very unprofessional and would definitely not recommend to anyone. I hope that his secretary finds a lovely new practice.
