I’ve been working with Chris at Personal Mortgage Group for over a decade starting as a first-time home buyer, then through renewals, and refinance. - Steve and the team at personal mortgage group/indi are great! This was our first time buying a home, and Steve made sure to explain every facet of the mortgage process clearly. At the last minute, our lender threw a wrench in the works by declaring our home to be in a floodplain (which it absolutely isn’t), which would trigger the need for an in person appraisal, disrupting our ability to get financing in time for the offer. Steve went to bat for us and got the lender to concede on their floodplain objection, and got everything running smoothly again. I’d recommend Steve and the team to anyone shopping around for a mortgage, especially if you are a first time home buyer!

Being new to the area I relied on Google reviews to find a mortgage broker and I'll admit I was a bit nervous by how pristine these reviews were but now that I've finished working with Boyce I can confidently confirm that their reputation is earned and that I will be aggressively recommending him to all of my friends and family.
