We have 2 dogs that spend time in our yard in the mornings and therefore frequently asked Trim to give us a notice of their arrival to make sure the dogs were inside. They were supposed to maintain a regular service every other Thursday. They nearly NEVER came on the scheduled date and would regularly show up Friday and Saturday mornings unannounced (if at all. Service was often delayed to the following week) while our dogs were outside. In addition to the failure to keep appointments, they also left our gate unlatched and OPEN on 3 occasions. If you value the safety of your property and animals, I would avoid Trim at all costs.

The winter storm caused the neighbor’s tree to fall into my yard and damage my roof and fence. Fernando came out and trimmed the tree and replaced the broken fence panels. He also hauled off the branches. He was very pleasant and professional and braved the cold and icy elements to get it done! I highly recommend! Great service!

Worst experience ever!!! Do not use this company. They charge you weeks before they even schedule your service. When I asked them about my scheduling, because I have gates that need to be unlocked, they said they would let me know before they came out. A few days later, they showed up unannounced. I was not here. They said they ours have their “crew” show back up tomorrow. The “crew” they finally sent was one guy. He was a hard worker, but he was not an employee of Trim. Our yard is not a one man job, as I made clear. It’s a 1/3 acre lot and the house is small, yard is big. These guys are clearly a middle man, and pick up workers to do the job they promise to do. Think Uber Eats for landscape maintenance. I promptly canceled my service and account. They then charged me for another service that had not been yet been scheduled and almost 2 weeks before said service should even be done. Still no refund! Stay away from this company.

So far, so good. We've only had an initial clean-up, not regular service yet, but the gentleman they sent out was very competent, spoke English, and our yard looks much, much better already. I would recommend them for sure.
