I’ve been using triple J for 3 years now and while the service quality hasn’t decreased, the communication and customer service have decreased significantly. Very slow communication, I have to reach out several times to get an answer or an update. I referred my friend, who submitted the online form as instructed. They never got back to her. I understand that tax season can be very busy, but the first two years I filed with triple J communication wasn’t an issue. They’d go out of their way to help. Now, I hardly hear back.
