Jason H. is amazing, knowledgeable, Courteous, professional, an out of the box thinker. He always has time to help and to make our community better place to live with a wonderful smile and positive personality. Thank you, Jason A+ job!!!! Your commitment to excellence goes above beyond. If I could give you more than five stars, I would give you 100!!! The same for Samantha R. She has helped me with many administrative projects. Her kindness, positive personality, professionalism, knowledge just makes living here so special. Samantha, you keep our calendar full of meaningful activities for with fun special event again, A+ team! Thank you for all you do.

Our whole experience with the Lofts at Front Street has been awesome. When I was apartment hunting, I stumbled across the Lofts and had a great experience with my tour. The apartments were beautiful, had tons of storage, amazing water views and not far from downtown. Also, Ricky and his staff were so welcoming and understanding of my situation, as I was moving both me and my boyfriend in while he was deployed. Once we were moved in the whole front office continued to treat us like family, I’ve never lived at an apartment complex where they call you by name every time they see you. And most importantly, as a long time renter, they are very quick with maintenance repairs! I can’t say enough good things about my time so far.

SCAM: NOT LUXURY APARTMENTS. Do you like having maintenance men pee in your toilet and leave pee all over the seat? Breeden is for you. Wont waste any more of my time than I need to, so ill keep it short. If you rent at a Breeden company, heres what you can expect: Slow maintenance. They have no urgency to do their job. That is if they even know what to do, since they are clearly all inexperienced and just try to throw band aids on everything. They will brush you off constantly if it’s not an emergency. Even if you have an emergency, like your AC breaking during a heat wave of 100 degrees, they will still have you wait a week. They do not care if you have pets living with you either, they will make them suffer. Zero communication from all employees. You will ALWAYS have to call them yourself to get an update. Maintenance wont tell you when theyre coming or what theyre doing. Which I now see why since we caught Fred, pissing in our toilet on video. This was just what we caught on video, who knows how many times hes done it to people. Bodily fluids from humans and animals EVERYWHERE. The elevator door is infamous for having fluids on it constantly. The elevator floor always has dog piss all over it, quite the sour smelling ride. So watch your step, there has even been a basketball size dog poop left in-front of the elevator. Which ties into the residents just being out right gross and management does nothing to combat it but send emails. People smoke and drink alc in the pool all the time, even throwing parties most of the time on the weekends. Constantly park in EV spots with ICE cars and handicap spots. Kids always running around and causing chaos. Theyll spray you and your possesions with water, then give you lip when you tell them to stop. Clearly got it from their parents. They even try to break into apartments by seeing if the doors are locked. Whats crazy is that this is just what we have experienced in our 2 years of living at The Jane at Moores Lake. I cant imagine what all the other residents have experienced or seen. This was also just the main things I wanted to mention, there was countless other issues we had living here. I pray for everyone who signs a lease here, I seriously hope yall dont have to experience any of the things I listed.
