Been here a few times for grooming, first time my dog was a puppy and got a kennel cough and I chalked it up to being young, meeting new dogs etc. Recently I brought him back for grooming and he ended up with an eye infection in both eyes requiring a vet visit and eyedrops. Will not be returning as a result of this.

My 3 year Cockapoo, Coda, loves Hound Crew. Their grooming is neat and tidy, and Coda seems to have a blast in their big yard with the other dogs during his day care visits. The staff is also exceptional! I’ve been going to Hound Crew for his grooming instead of PetSmart and I don’t regret it one bit.

I recently took my dog Milo to HoundCrew for grooming, and couldn’t be more happier with the experience! From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel welcome and at ease. My dog, who’s usually nervous around new people, warmed up to the groomer almost immediately. Bel was incredibly patient and gentle, ensuring he felt comfortable throughout the whole process. The grooming itself was fantastic – his coat has never looked shinier, and they did an amazing job with the trimming and styling. They also took care to clean his ears and trim his nails, all included in the service. I appreciate the attention to detail and the level of care they showed. Overall, I’m thrilled to have found a groomer that not only provides top-notch grooming but truly cares about the pets they work with. I’ll definitely be back! !

I have been working from home for 2 years and my dog was becoming too reliant on me for his entertainment and when I have important meetings I either had to lock him out of my office, or deal with him literally on my lap. I searched out a doggy daycare that would be on my route to work when i did have to go into the office 1 day a week and found Hound Crew. Well, one day a week and grown to two to three days a week as he just loves going and playing with the other dogs. It is good for him and good for me! The money I am saving on driving to work/407 is better spent on his time there. The staff are amazing, Clark (my dog) loves going there and goes crazy in the car as we pull into the parking lot. He comes home tired from a full day of play. They treat each of their dogs so well . . . they welcome him each day with a smile . . I am very grateful and happy to have found such a wonderful, caring place for my boy . . . .
