I recently visited Ford Trowbridge and was extremely disappointed by the lack of customer service and the rudeness of a particular member of staff. A female employee with dark hair tied up in a ponytail (around 5’7”) was dismissive, unhelpful, and showed no interest in assisting me. In my opinion, she was also extremely rude and stuck-up. From the moment I walked in her attitude made it clear that I was an inconvenience rather than a valued customer. She responded in a sharp and unfriendly manner, making it obvious that my presence was an irritation to her. All I can say is, if you are that unhappy or angry, don’t work in a job that requires you to interact with customers when you are unable to treat other people with respect. If this is how she interacts with customers, I feel sorry for her colleagues who have to deal with her snobby attitude daily. I’m sure that by reading this review, both she and her coworkers will know exactly who I’m referring to. It’s a shame employees don’t wear name tags. A main dealership should prioritize customer service, but this experience was a complete letdown. If this is the standard of service they provide, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere and recommending others do the same. I don’t normally post reviews but I’m hoping it will help fix her attitude.

Recently visited the Trowbridge Ford and purchased a Ford BMax Rob Fox was the sales assistant involved in my purchase and he was absolutely superb from start to finish. He put my mind at rest with any questions I had. He communicated every step of the purchase and made it all very simple. He sent through the controls of the car with me and programmed my phone connection too. I would have no hesitation in recommending Rob if you’re looking to buy a car. The service department have excellent knowledge and are superior in their workmanship and communication. They are a standout dealership and although they are further in distance from us, it’s worth it due to their ability to give clear diagnosis and have a prognosis swiftly. Steph has been excellent and her knowledge stands out and made me change dealerships.
