Troy helped Tomball Athletic Booster Club create and put together our 2025 sports program. With these programs, deadlines are critical as there is a very small window for most of the teams to get their current school year photos and still finalize the program to have it printed prior to the first football game. Troy advised us early on what those deadlines would need to be and he honored his end of the bargain! In 44 pages, I think there was only one minor item that we caught in our proofread. Amazing work! Hoping to work with him again next year!

After two bad experiences with web designers who didn’t fulfill promises, I found Troy Henry Design. What I needed immediately was someone who could maintain the website for my small business. In following through on a promised phone call, Troy impressed me with his attentiveness to the particularity of my needs. And he showed up for the phone call having studied the documents I had sent him which described the previous work that had been done or planned to be done in the future. He then offered a reasonably priced maintenance plan that reflected his understanding of my current needs without attempting to upsell me. He even gave me a discount reflecting recent, relevant work that had been done on my website. The first step was a complete audit. While he found a number of things that needed attention, he also commented on things he likes about my site. The audit and subsequent work—a kind of spring cleaning—gives me peace of mind that we’re starting with a clean slate. Troy has been a breath of fresh air, following through on work at a pace I've not previously experienced, including resolving a problem with my "Initial Contact" form in a matter of hours compared to the months and years previous designers had been stymied by.
