If you want to surprise-pay almost double what they originally say it'll cost, get your walls significantly damaged and then catch them in attempting to cover it up, get lied to by the owner/head mover (hi Larry!), your tip made fun of, promised reparations ("A handyman will come! We'll refund your measly tip!"), and then NOTHING happen, your calls rejected, your texts un-answered, and your emails bounced back, then this is the moving company for you. No job is too small and no job is too big to be scammed by Larry and his crew. Believe the bad reviews. This business is SHADY. Look them up on the BBB (Better Business Bureau), where I'm also filing a complaint. This experience compounded my loss of trust in humanity and I don't know how this team can look themselves in the mirror, especially Larry. PS: BBB says they lapsed in their insurance payment, so they are NOT insured like they claim. My only relief is that they were hired to move just one item. PPS: They are NOT under new management either, as Larry claims in response to bad reviews. It's been the same guy for years. He writes those responses to make it seem like it's "new and improved." He talks a big talk about making things right, and only after getting caught. And even then, it's just talk--until you won't hear from him again.

So the move went decent but now I have one of the movers texting me telling me that Larry and Tyler aren’t paying him. They told me after the move their system was down for payments and I needed to pay through cash app, which flagged as fraud on my end on cash app. I ended up managing to pay them through PayPal but I guess they don’t pay their employees…

Tru Solutions I really appreciate your staff. The service with Tyler over the phone and working with me as well as Chosen & Larry who are genuinely awesome and super with their customer service! These 2 guys I couldn't have moved without their help and they really went above board to make this move/transition for me much easier and so smooth. They handled all my belongings with care and are meticulous. They're so easy to communicate with and very accommodating, they put me and my family at ease right away!👍😁 From start to finish Chosen & Larry really have outstanding customer service skills! Thanks guys you rock!

This company moved tenants into my rental and did severe damage to the LVP stairs in the house. I have picture of the day before the move and the day after and the damage they did. Those stairs are not cheap and they refused to call me back for weeks and when I finally got a hold of someone they were immediately hostile and unprofessional with me. They told me to email them the pictures and someone would get back to me. After multiple emails no one ever did. This company is a disgrace and I would avoid them like the plague. If I could give ZERO stars I would. Use a different company if you want to be treated with respect and have a good experience.
