Don't waste your time with anyone else but Number 1!! Marc was absolutely fantastic. It all started with him reaching out to me when I was already committed to another carrier. How many people would do that? And then to top it off, he spent 15 minutes answering my questions about why the other carrier quoted me too low a price and why my shipment hadn't happened and what was customary in the industry. He mentioned a few times that if I had used Number 1, I would have been driving my vehicle by now. Fast forward a few days and my 5 day experience and contract with the other carrier ended and failed, I reached back out to Marc. That was a Friday afternoon and I was frustrated. My vehicle was picked up the following Monday at lunch and driven 1300 miles and delivered on Tuesday afternoon ! I was blown away!! First rate communication. First rate honestly.
