Jacob at Truck Pros developed and had the team over-deliver on a level kit/shocks/track bar upgrade, tires/rims package, a rocker panel liner, running boards, and an exhaust upgrade to 4". Jacob is highly knowledgeable and continued providing solid ideas and adapting/adding to the work scope, to be sure to enhance performance and long term viability I need from the "Black Beast". He also went above and beyond and provided several recommendations on work they don't provide! The pricing is totally reasonable, especially considering the quality and honesty of their service. I recommend Jacob and his team to everyone looking to take their truck to the next level!

Jacob was super helpful on all aspects of the buying process and installation. What was amazing is that the process took a hour or so for everything to be done. Phenomenal customer service, got a new Berliner and it turned out immaculate. We also got brand new roof racks installed and they look amazing! Jay was extremely helpful and patient in answering all the questions that I had about the racks and my canopy and what it could and could not take.
