Not only is she incredibly skilled and knowledgeable, but she’s also one of the sweetest and most calming people I’ve met. I left feeling confident, cared for, and so happy with my results.

My experience with Nurse Kirsten was amazing. I am so happy with my lip filler. They feel fuller and much more hydrated. I can actually leave the house with just some lip gloss and I feel put together! Kirsten was extremely professional and explained everything in a way that I could understand. The company recently has gotten rid of their massage services. I bought a gift card in October specifically for my husband to get a massage with them. Recently, my husband attempted to book a massage and we were told they were no longer going to do massages. We were offered a last massage for May 30. My husband was needing the massage sooner as he's having lots of pain. They are a business and if they want to stop their massage part of the business, that's their choice, I totally get that. What I'm really not happy about is the fact that they won't do anything about it. We asked if they could return the gift card due to no longer offering the service the gift card was bought for and they refused. Could we go to the St. Albert or Sherwood park location? Yes we could. Do we want to drive all the way into the city for a relaxing massage and have to drive all the way back? No. Where's the convience in that or the relaxation? Why purchase a gift card from them if they will just get rid of the service you initially bought the gift card for? Sure, today it's massage they get rid of but what's next? I'm just very disappointed in their customer service and their choice to get rid of their services. I do not recommend buying gift cards from this company. Very unfortunate.
