My mother ordered a dress from here two weeks ago and paid for priority shipping. They haven’t even processed the order yet but they charged her. Not only is she out $130, but no one from this company is responding to emails or calls to rectify this situation! All she wants is her dress that was supposed to arrive 2-3 days after ordering it. This boutique is a scam! Don’t spend your money here…the owner uses the same excuse for all their wrongdoings. Just look at the negative reviews. Their phones don’t work, their online orders are “invalid” on the 1-800 number, and I’ve gotten a bounce back email saying their email address is also not valid! Don’t shop here!

If the buyer was lucky to get a response from TB owner Valerie, the excuses are: 1 - in store thefts (so online order couldn't be filled and TB only does inventory YEARLY. 2- sickness and medical reasons so shipping couldn’t be completed. If this “business” was run in professional way, this would not happen. **BUYER BEWARE** Great shipping and online customer service is at the boutiques below and they carry JG at better prices. I wish that I could give them NO STARS!! I order a jacket 5 days ago that I paid for and was given an order number and tracking info. This TERRIBLE COMPANY notified me today when the package was to be delivered that the item is not in stock!! Why was it on-line, Why wasn't I not notified the day of the purchase that something was Wrong!! When I called the store I could not speak to a manager or owner to find out what really happened! The store clerk said she called the manager. The fact that I wasn't allowed to speak to someone higher up also makes me VERY MAD!! What are the business practices of this company? I am 66 years young and I have NEVER been treated like this!!! I am a big online shopper and nothing like this has ever happened before!! Online Buyers Beware!!!
