Poor customer experience Trying to book an appointment for a general dentistry service for 13th Apr. Told me is fully booked and the dentist which I visited previously is on leave till 28th Apr. As I dont mind to see another dentist. Asking for 12th Apr and its also no dentist available . Its then text me that there is a last min cancellation that can I come on the following afternoon. I felt that I am just filling up their timeslot. In order to help them to facilitate better. I have give them my available time for the next 2 weeks. Then there is no response from them , I thought they are not keen to take me as a customer, so I went find another dentist which able to fit my timing . After 3 days later, Ocean dentist come back to me on the timing i wanted. Comments 1) is that so hard to make a booking or is the business is so good that they dont bother as this is only a common scaling and cleaning service ? 2) There is no response for 3 days which this is the 1st time I encounter this . I hope that there is some improvement done on the booking process.
