Customer experiences
Thank you lifeline! Called last week when I cracked the screen of my iPhone 8plus and the gentleman I spoke with said they didnāt have the screen I needed in stock but would order some and call me back when they came in. He called me back this week to inform me they got them in stock and I was able to go today and drop my phone off. The guys inside were very professional and had my phone done in an hour. It works perfect and looks great. The price to fix the screen was much lower than any other repair place around. I highly recommend them!
It was the best repair shop I had ever experienced! !! They were very friendly and polite. They ordered the parts because my cell phone is old. In the meantime they put on a temporary part so I was able to use my cellphone and the part arrived in two days. The replacement cost was the same even though they did the work twice. I am very grateful to them. I was relieved that I didn't ask for my cell phone password while I was fixing my cell phone. For some reason, passwords have been asked at other stores. I highly recommend this shop to everyoneļ¼ļ¼
I took my sonās IPad in for stuck volume up and power button (not his fault). I was given an outstanding price for service and a new screen protector. The store is extremely clean, quiet, and has a superb professional environment. The two technicians have above and beyond customer service skills. They are not pushy on up sales and etc. Just good old get you in and out customer service.
I recently took my phone for a screen repair at life line repair. I waited for over an hour when I was told it would be thirty minutes and when I got my phone back the screen was unresponsive and my cell service was not working. Keep in mind when I brought my phone here it was working perfectly fine minus the semi cracked screen. The next day I took it to the man and he told me there was nothing he could do with it because replacing the screen damaged it further. I got a ārefundā ( I still have not got the money back) and had to go buy a new phone. The man acted like he did not care when I got my phone back and offered me nothing except a āgood luck with finding a new phoneā. Today I called about the refund and apparently āit has not processedā and thereās an issue with their corporate. Very unprofessional and Iām out nine hundred dollars. Itās just crazy to me how my phone worked fine before I visited life line. Itās also crazy how itās almost been a week and my money still has not been given back to me. This all happened a week ago!!! They should have at least offered to help me pay for my new phone! Very unprofessional.
TrueFix is a mobile phone repair shop.
