Paid for Service – Device Left Unusable I hired Sam Hernandez at Cellfix to perform a repair "hardware on my smartphone of a screen replacement and unfortunately, the experience has been disappointing. Despite paying in full for the service, the work was not completed properly. After receiving the device back, it was left in an unusable state – black screen. It would not power on on the phone screen. I reached out to address the issue, and the resolution was to bring it back in for another repair. I obliged. After picking up the device, Sam Hernandez stated to leave it wrapped in rubber bands to "let it set". Quite concerning since it should have been ready and showing proof of work completed correctly is standard business pratice. When I reached out the third time it was still broken and under warranty. He told me to bring it back in. At this point, I am left with a non-functional device and a service that did not deliver what was promised. This experience has caused significant inconvenience and loss of time. I hope the company reconsiders how it handles quality assurance and post-service support. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this service unless there are improvements in reliability, communication, and accountability. Ida is a lifesaver! My phone looked like it fell off a rollercoaster and she had it fixed faster than I can find the charger. Prices are great, service is even better, and Ida is so outgoing she’ll make you laugh while saving your phone’s life. 10/10 would break my phone again just to hang out here.

I took my wife’s iPhone 14 Plus here for a back glass repair, and the whole experience was a disaster. The phone was returned dirty, covered in silicone residue, and literally held together with a rubber band. They told us to keep it wrapped for an hour — completely unprofessional and made no sense. I was told the phone would be ready by 6 PM. I showed up at 6:30 — not ready. Came back again at 8:30 — finally done. That’s two separate trips, wasting both my time and gas. On top of it all, the staff was rude and dismissive. Even worse, the repair itself is poor quality. The phone makes cracking noises when you hold it — it doesn’t feel solid or properly reassembled. Overall, terrible service, poor communication, and bad workmanship. I absolutely do not recommend this place.
