Evan at Tech Support is the only reason I am still with Truespeed. The issue was no after hours tech support. My elderly mom depends on her telephone, and Lifeline through the telephone lines. Her phone didn't work after the new updated system was connected but we could not reach tech support! She used my cell phone for one night but had no Lifeline. Not acceptable at all. It was Evan the next day who finally fixed the issue in a real live phone call to my cell. I cannot praise Evan enough. It doesn't matter if you don't have many tech calls after hours, it's about being there for the ONE call that matters. Thanks again Evan!

Horrible customer service. Front staff are pleasant but the departments do not really speak to each other. Trying to get a straight answer is like pulling teeth and the unprofessionalism from the billing department is something else. Zero effort to retain customers. They do not offer prorated billing for unused services if you cancel before the end of your billing cycle. I was going to file a complaint with the CCTS and BBB but we resolved the specific issue. Yeah they are cheaper than the bigger providers in the area but you pay for it in the long run in equipment rental/purchases and other fees that they don't tell you about ahead of time, and then they just say oh well its all found on our website. Thankfully I found a new provider with easy set up, cheaper rates, for higher speed with equipment INCLUDED which I would highly recommend. Truespeed I wouldn't recommend. I try to support local but when local doesn't support their customers, it makes it difficult to. I was going to update my rating to a 2 star but because of the arrogance and unprofessionalism from the billing department that I received in person, I'm leaving it.

Absolutely pleased with the internet service I’ve gotten from true speed. I’ve been a customer for 3yrs never had an issue. My bill is always the same price every month & I bought my modem outright. Now that they’ve updated there service we need to buy another new modem but this time the router is seperate from inside the modem. I’m really hoping this new internet is just as good as what I got currently.

Visited True Speed inquiring about TV and Internet services. I was served by Ellen, who went over all the packages and answered all my questions. I know I repeated myself, but she graciously answered all questions, courteously and professionally. When it came time to connect the service at home, I was transferred to the technical support dept. Robert was very helpful in connecting the service. For some reason it did not connect. Then we found the problem on my end. After disconnecting the piece of equipment from the previous provider, Truespeed powered up, and I had service. Excellent job, excellent service, competent and friendly professionals. Thank you, to all the office staff, for the professional service and attitude, to this senior citizen.
