We worked with Rick and RCB in 2021 they redid the entire downstairs. While some people were adding walls and doors, we took down two walls, redid kitchen, added a pantry and flooring. The contract was clear and we always felt they completely did what they said they would do. Naturally we had a few changes, and if there were increased costs they were honest, clear and were the same of there was a cost decrease due to a change. They showed up, did the work, and finished when they said they would. While those things were great on there own, the biggest sign of integrity and care was most recently. They reached out to see how things were and I mentioned a few items, now, it's been four years, and some of the items were not from them but the cabinet installers. I emailed a list of things I wasn't happy about and the kicker.....the owner, Rick, his office staff and project manager called and emailed me wating to come out and fix the issues. Not harassing but definitely being more proactive then I would ever imagine. Rick personally came out, made a list, listened to my options, ideas, etc., and he sent his head guy over at a time that was convenient to fix the items. Again, some issues were not on them, but he said the cabinet people probably would fix it, so he did. It's been a few weeks and I'm still surprised at the overall response. When you start working with a contractor, you never know what to expect and it's really forced trust on both sides. There are bound to be mistakes, misunderstandings, delays, etc., you want to know the person you are working with will be honest and communicate quickly even when it's bad news. That's this company. Hands down you can trust what they say they will do and never once did I feel like add ons were disproportionately billed, prolonged, and the follow up.... seriously, one of a kind. I'm beyond impressed with Rick and the team. The response from A to Z was true customer service and for nothing else except knowing they did the right thing. Call them, see if they are right for you but know you can truly trust what they say they will do within the scope and price.....I'm still blown away!

RCB Construction Management converted our attached one car carport into a home studio for my growing business. I had a few ideas for the design, but Rick has a lot of experience and suggested a few other changes. I am so happy that I listened to him because I could not be happier with the outcome. Project Overview: Remove an existing 12x12 deck, rebuild and stain a 12x20 deck, add a paver patio off the deck, install hard-wired deck and patio lighting on a switch accessible from in the house. Experience: Workng with RCB Construction was really easy from start to finish! From the moment Rick came out to review and provide an estimate, to working with the architecture team on a design, to the actual contruction and follow-up items, RCB was responsive and professional. I particularly enjoyed working with Tim M. (Project Manager) and Ramone through some post-construction punch-list items. They were efficient, accommodating, and truly desired for the end-product to be the deck and patio of our dreams.
