Visits to Truscott IDA pharmacy is like visiting friends or family. The staff is always pleasant and friendly. They offer professional advice about health issues and how the medication should be used. They also patiently answer questions about health issues even if they are unrelated to the prescriptions they fill. If the prescription is sent directly from the doctor it usually takes just and hour or two to receive a phone call for pickup and if I bring a prescription myself, then they fill it on the spot in 10-15 minutes. I highly recommend this pharmacy.

The NICEST staff ever. I just realized today I've been coming to this pharmacy for years but I've never had a single problem since the current owners/mgmt started. They are genuinely caring, always respectful and attentive even when busy, and they never make you feel like a burden. Thank you guys very much.
