We have now had him do a lot of work on our house and every time he exceeds our expectations!! Our first job with Khalaad was an urgent new outdoor electrical outlet plug and LED Hardscape low voltage lighting installation for natural stone patio, wire connection and transformer setup,during a crazy summer heat wave. He squeezed us into his busy schedule and had finished the job in no time! Since then we have had him fix all kinds of odds and ends 17th years’s house issues we had ignored and accumulated for years, gave us new carbon monoxide and fire alarm detectors etc, added outdoor lights for stairs in our backyard.Our house is old and tried to throw him alot of wrenches, no problem for Khalaad. Our cooling system didn't turn in. we expected the issue should be electrical as 3 months ago someone repaired our furnace and could make electrical issue. I contacted them and came immediately and noticed me there isn't an electrical issue and chrged me for his work. After he left, my son checked the electricity and found there was no power at the wiring entry point to the unit. He investigated the wiring type at the air conditioning unit and traced it back to the furnace room. Upon removing the furnace door, he discovered that the wire was disconnected and lying on the floor. He reconnected the wire to the electrical outlet, and the system began working immediately. Given that my 21 years old son—without formal training—was able to identify and resolve the issue by checking for power at the system's entry point, I’m surprised this basic check was not performed during your visit as a professional electrician and he charged us!
