I’m really happy I found this place. Walk in clinic doctors and reception staff are excellent. Wait times are usually very good and there’s a little pharmacy in the clinic who are also really good. The receptionist was amazing too, she actually squeezed us in when my 16 year old was really sick with a chest infection. Highly recommend this clinic to anyone! 😊 Thanks! Jodie Lapointe

The receptionists here are extremely rude and unhelpful. They appear untrained, lack basic empathy toward patients, and do not handle their responsibilities properly. Paperwork is often left incomplete, follow-ups with doctors are neglected, and patients are not updated in a timely manner. They make unfair assumptions that patients automatically know when to visit or sign documents, without providing clear instructions. Calls for help are not passed on to doctors, which is unacceptable. To make matters worse, patients are told to “find specialists on Google,” which shows a complete lack of professionalism. This level of service is unacceptable in a healthcare setting and needs urgent improvement.

Excellent service! Doctor Parvin and the nurse Deb were both amazing and really took care of me. I had to get stitches and their quick action saved me hours of time. Thank you for taking care of me!!

Hands down the best family doctor I’ve ever had. If it wasn’t for her I wouldn’t have been aware of the serious medical issues I had ( which she discovered through tests she ordered) She truly cares about her patients and really listens. Thank you!!
