After reaching out to four contractors, I encountered issues like no-call, no-show situations and unclear estimates. I was looking for a team with experience and professionalism, and thankfully, I found that with T. Savage Construction. I want to express my gratitude to T. Savage Construction for completing my projects with excellence! They worked within my budget, arrived on time, and left the workspace clean. Their professionalism and expertise made the process seamless, and I would **definitely** work with them again. If you're looking for a reliable contractor, they’re the ones to call!

Gave me a decent deal which is why I did not give one star. However, when the project was done, there were corners cuts and unfinished work throughout. After I took a look at his work, I had them come out again as it was sloppily done. A year later, what his team worked on broke. I figure I'll spend a little more money on someone else who I trust who will do it properly. Seems like a ok guy initially but I would double check his work and make sure that ALL of the work is done and is in good quality. If you are an inexperienced homeowner who cannot do this, I recommend you get another contractor you can trust.

Terrance, the owner, and his team did an excellent job on our house. He treated our 100 year old home with care and thoughtful problem solving. Our roof was being replaced by a different company that damaged our roman columns on the front porch. Terrance arrived and immediately began looking for the right replacement columns and while we waited for the custom columns he and his team made major repairs to the roof and porch that had also been damaged. He also followed historical code to install framework around our house. Terrance is conscientious about his work and stayed with the project much longer than he anticipated due to the time it took to get the proper columns. It now looks even better than before! We’re excited to enjoy our porch again.

It was a pleasure to work with T. Savage and crew. They completed a full renovation to a family home of mine. After evaluating, what stood out about T. Savage was his attention to detail and honest character. Without his guidance, I'm unsure how the renovation would be completed. He was able to navigate a myriad of options to ensure construction was within budget but also cater to the needs of the home. His firm provides updates through an app called CoConsruct which is very easy to navigate. I can communicate needs and want with project manager and track progress as it went along –this was important to me. Now, I can rest easy and see my vision of my home come to light. I am thankful to meet T. Savage and excited to continue with projects in the future with him.
