We recently had a pleasure of dealing with City Limousine Service. I can't thank them enough for the great service and empathy shown. My very first conversation with Bal gave me so much confidence. Bal explained the whole procedure to me on picking at Cruise Ship Terminal at Canada Place Vancouver. He explained how there company is authorized to pickup right inside the terminal so we don't have to worry about grabbing our luggage, walking up the ramp and then finding a meeting spot. He told us once we are out of the ship we just let ground transportation staff know that we have arrived and they will call the driver. This is exactly how it worked on the day. Our driver Sunny was waiting for us. He came and pick us up in five minutes and took us to the airport and suggested few things to kill some time as our flight was leaving in the evening. They didn't take my card information over the phone. Bal shared an invoice that i settled online. I would definitely recommend City Limousine to anyone interested in pickup at Cruise Ship Terminal. I’ve used City Limousine a few times for limo and SUV rentals. Emails were answered by Bal promptly and it was super easy to book. The driver we’ve had (Sunni) is super friendly and always showed up on time. We’ve always had the best customer service! Highly recommend!!
