It was the first time I ever looked for such service for my 80+ years mom. She was hospitalized due to a hip bone injury. I had to transfer her to home so I was shopping around. The initial quote was crazy. However, when I called on the day of service, they offered me a reasonable price. Two guys showed up Naveed and Masood. They were amazing people. They were super nice and accommodating and provided the best care during the transfer. When I booked again for the follow-up visit, I asked for the same guys and tweaked my schedule a bit to fit their availability. I would highly recommend their services.

Unprofessional. Two members speaking their first language while beside their client. Unprofessional, clients are left with a concern they are talking about them. Crew members using their cell phones while standing with their client. Stretcher left at the maximum height with client on stretcher and client left unattended. The service is NOT an ambulance service and staff are NOT paramedics, they need to stop presenting themselves as Paramedics and an ambulance service. Vehicles are rusted, looks like they would barely pass a safety. Crew members need to practice personal hygiene.

I'm a high level quadriplegic and after speaking with the lady on the phone spending close to $600 the lady just hung up the call with no thank you or have a nice day. Soumaya was her name. Completely unprofessional and had zero empathy towards me my condition or the fact that this ride is not covered and I'm on a fixed income.

Had my 90 year old mother transferred from the Montfort to home today! The guys were kind , Professional, polite and treated my mom like gold!! I was amazed at how gentle they were with her! Thanks guys! We really appreciate you! You will be the company we use again!
