Special thank to him coz the way of his communication and explanation is pure like the water from the machine. We Our team plan to purchase more in future for our another premises also. Ordered Brita filter for our coffee machine, at the beginning the customer support was great until they got the payment. A year after now, for months I have been trying to reach them to replace the cartilage and service the filter and they have been sending me from one person to another without sorting out the issue. Now they don't even reply anymore to emails or phone calls. The worst company ever, if I could give a 0 rating start, I would. If you can't provide the service please close the company, don't create problems to other businesses.

At the request of TSSC I will modify and explain my comments. The order was secured deceitfully versus competitors by promising lead-times that they knew they could not meet. This caused a lot of frustration chasing them up regularly to get real and accurate information and eventually caused us significant inconvenience and some cost in delaying our start-up from pre to post the holiday season. What was promised in weeks turned out to be nearly the same in months. The machine is with us now and appears to work well as you would expect from BRITA, we are still in testing - working on the shelf life of the sparkling product which was verbally described as a week(s) but maybe nearer 12-24 hours from our tests. Based on our experience I would consider anyone buying to get a firm quotation with guaranteed lead-times with penalties for late delivery and/or under performance. This market is very competitive with many good technologies out there, keeping equipment stocks in Dubai and commercial commitments is essential as most venues will transition from bottled to filtered tap water.

Fraud people are working there. I ordered spare parts one year before with advance full payment. Not getting materials and no my return cash back. Nobody responding to our mails and calls. Very cheating habits for this company.
