TTA CONSTRUCTION, LLC

Edit: I'm partially posting this out of principle because good folks are doing business with this company and TTA refuses to pay them. I also see they have family/friends leaving blank 5-star reviews, making people think TTA is trustworthy. They never showed up to "rectify" the situation as they promised the last time we left a review. So I'm posting again in the hopes they will see this and respond. Here are my ongoing problems with TTA: 1. The dirt work they did to fix a flooded yard, which they created, did nothing but cover our porch with mud. 2. Our well system, which was supposed to be rebuilt when the main home was finished in April, hasn't been touched. We're on the third subcontractor through TTA who is trying to get it fixed. The last two stopped working with TTA because, in their words, they were never paid by TTA from previous jobs. This current and third subcontractor is facing the same problem and has not been paid for previous jobs. 3. A previous crew that came out to do some follow-up work was outstanding, but said they were through working with TTA due to TTA never paying their bill after work was completed. I won't name them here because I don't trust the management of TTA as people, let alone businessmen, at this point. 4. This one is an ongoing problem. I rarely get an answer when I call. When I do, I get the typical response of "oh man, sure thing, we got a guy coming in next week as a matter of fact!" as if someone is already on the job. Then no one shows up. The worst cases have been when they tell me, while I'm out on my property, that someone is currently there and working when there is clearly no one else here. Whoever from TTA that reads this, you're welcome to reach out. You have my number. You're well aware of the work that needs done on my property, because you keep trying to convince subcontractors to work when they know they won't be paid.

They have left trash on our property since April, which is still there (bricks, bags on concrete, etc.) They have yet to return to complete the job that was to be completed months ago. They claim they will be out on a day and never show. Dirt work was supposed to be corrected and it has yet to be done causing flooding in our yard that was previously never a problem. Would never recommend this company to anyone.
