They are so patient with people who aren't very technology savvy and take the time to explain everything and help you out in every way possible. My son's Lenovo laptop was overheating and was still under warranty. Located TTEC via the Lenovo authorized service dealers website. Called ahead and person who answered was courteous and said to bring it in. Place was easy to find, just off Queen St. Lots of parking behind the building. Security is tight, they had to buzz me in. Filling out the form describing the problem was easy, and a copy was used as a receipt. Got a call a couple of days after to come in and pick it up. The person who gave the laptop back to me described the issue, where they repaired a component on the heat sink\fan, and if the overheating continued to happen, then they would replace the part. Laptop has been working great for the last couple of weeks, so now writing this review. I've worked with a lot of computer technicians over the years, and this repair was well done. It's not easy to work on these thin laptops, without leaving some minor cosmetic damage. Was happy to see no scratches at all, plus the fact the problem was actually fixed on the first attempt.
