Never picks up their phones, all employees never give the same consecutive answer, and when you’re late due to an incident they just tell you to wait til the end of the day, or to come back after missing soo much time off work. Tufts needs new leadership, new employees, and new personas. Wishing I could post 0 stars but doesn’t let you.

I had my first experience today at Tufts. My reason for this visit was for root canal treatment. I'm a challenging case because of my anxiety. My endocrinologist was absolutely amazing. He was a great listener. His personality was compassionate and empathetic and kind. I'm thoroughly satisfied with the outcome thus far.. Oh! Did I say he's phenomenal with the numbing component?? He is.. Highly recommended;)

Horrible experience, not respectful to patent's time, not upfront about their charges. Months after waiting for the appointment only, they told me they charged an extra $250 for evaluation, not included any x-ray while they had my insurance plan info, and told me itvwaa coved upon booking the appointment. My plan for the record does cover all of the above and more

Very time consuming, they could not decide on the removal of a tooth! Finally I had my regular dentist remove it. The next year !! New student ,the two inplants finally completed. Billing is totally out of a hat with disappearing credits and no service if you owe them a dime. Paid them about $5,000 for services, about $300 in parking, $200 in fuel and about12 appointments of mostly nothing going on while the traffic to get home was building up to add to the mix. One star for the nice student.

Tufts University School of Dental Medicine is a dental school.
