The team at MARS really listen! I have been taking my Kia Soul to them for over a year, always pleased with the service. When I planned a trip to MD for this Thanksgiving Holiday and decided to drive, I took my car in the week before and they got her road ready! We put over 3,000 miles on the car and had crazy wet weather for 2/3rds of the drive...we felt very safe the entire trip. Thank you MARS team! Would highly recommend!

Excellent experience today. First time customer, I'll be using M.A.R.S. for all auto service and repairs moving forward. I easily scheduled my appointment online. I received reminder notifications, was greeted when I arrived at 8am, and was kept updated on the status during the service. I have zero complaints but lots of compliments on the personalized, professional service delivered today.

Will not win any contests for communication or personality but truly do outstanding and quick work. Sucks that somehow they were given the wrong owner and phone number for my vehicle and my car sat at the shop after the repair was done for who knows how long before I reached out to them. Make sure you have copies of everything from contact info to your quote and these guys will get you squared away. I appreciate you guys even though there was confusion surrounding my vehicle's repair. Thank you again.
